PDG will be developing a 364,000 square foot shopping centre in Fort McMurray, AB. This proposed centre will feature a combination of large format retailers (including a food store and a cinema), mid size box tenants, CRUs and PADs.

Okanagan Lake Shopping Centre

Okanagan Lake Shopping Centre (Phase 1), West Kelowna, BC

PDG in joint venture with the Westbank First Nation and Churchill International Property has completed construction of Okanagan Lake Shopping Centre in West Kelowna, BC. The shopping centre, consisting of a 125,500 square feet of retail and entertainment, is located on Hwy. 97 at the Westside Road interchange. Anchor tenants include Shoppers Drug Mart and Landmark Cinemas.  Other Tenants include Dollarama, Sammy J's Grill & Bar, Liquor Depot,  RBC, TD Canada Trust, Yamato Japanese Cuisine, True Dental, DQ Grill and ChillTim Horton's and Shell. Freeride Boardshop will be having its Grand Opening Friday April 11th, 2014. The Co-operators is scheduled to open Summer 2014. Commercial units available for lease range from 900 to 15,960 square feet. Targeted uses include medical, quick service and full service restaurants, hair salon, pet store, veterinarian, spa, nail salon, electronics, home decor, fitness centre and fashion.

Tswawassen Commons

Tsawwassen Commons, Tsawwassen

PDG are developing a 510,000 square foot destination power centre located on Tsawwassen First Nation lands on Highway 17 between the intersections of 52nd and 48th Streets. Tsawwassen Commons is being developed in conjunction with and adjacent to Ivanhoe Cambridge’s development of a 1.2 million square foot Tsawwassen Mills project. The two projects will have shared entrances from a new roadway network and shared internal circulation as well as a complementary merchandizing mix. We are targeting opening in summer of 2016.

Eagle Landing Galaxy Cinema

Eagle Landing Shopping Centre, Chilliwack

PDG in joint venture with the Squiala First Nation are developing a 298,533 square foot destination power centre located north of   Highway 1 at Evans Road in Chilliwack. Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Cineplex/Galaxy Theatres (opened in 2010) anchor the development. Upon full completion and build-out Eagle Landing will be the dominant retailing centre for Chilliwack and the surrounding extended trade area.

Jesken Town Centre, Saanich

PDG in joint venture with the Tsawout First Nation are developing a 532,000 square foot destination power centre located on the east side of Highway 17 (the Patricia Bay Highway) and Jesken Road in Saanich, approximately 15 minutes north of downtown Victoria. We are anticipating a 2015 opening for the first phase.

PDG in joint venture with the Kwantlen First Nation are developing a 270,000 square foot shopping centre located in east Maple Ridge on the Lougheed Highway @ approximately the 254th block alignment.  Construction is targeted to commence in late 2014.
