Tsawwassen Commons is a landmark 550,000 SF retail development anchored by Walmart, Canadian Tire and Rona with a diverse tenant mix and trading area that will service the affluent areas of Tsawwassen, Ladner, South Delta, North Delta and South Richmond. The property is visible to the 7.9 million passengers who travel to the Tsawwassen Ferry terminal along Highway 17. PDG will be developing a 335,270 square foot shopping centre located on a 21 acre parcel of land at the northwest corner of Eagle Ridge Boulevard and Loutit Road, Fort McMurray, AB. This proposed centre will feature a combination of large format retailers (including a food store and Landmark Cinemas), CRU and PADs. Skaha Lake Landing, Penticton, BC
PDG is developing a 60,000 to 100,000 square foot destination retail centre in south Penticton at Channel Parkway and Green Avenue on lands owned by The Penticton Indian Band. Additional phases will include opportunities for large format tenants. Construction is targeted to commence in 2015.
Okanagan Lake Shopping Ctr. (Phase 1), West Kelowna, BC
PDG in joint venture with the Westbank First Nation and Churchill International Property has completed construction of the 126,813 square feet Okanagan Lake Shopping Centre located at 525 Highway 97 South, West Kelowna, V1Z 4C9 at the Westside Road interchange. Anchor tenants include Shoppers Drug Mart and Landmark Cinemas. Other Tenants include Dollarama, Freeride Boardshop, Sammy J's Grill & Bar, Liquor Depot, RBC, Subway, TD Canada Trust, Yamato Japanese Cuisine, True Dental, The Co-operators, DQ Grill and Chill, Tim Horton's and Shell. Commercial units available for lease range from 900 to 15,960 square feet. Targeted uses include medical, quick service and full service restaurants, hair salon, pet store, veterinarian, electronics, home decor, fitness centre and fashion.

Schwanee-st Landing, Maple Ridge, BC
PDG in joint venture with the Kwantlen First Nation are developing a 270,000 square foot shopping centre located in east Maple Ridge on the Lougheed Highway @ approximately the 254th block alignment.
PDG is currently in negotiations to acquire additional development and/or redevelopment opportunities in the lower mainland of BC and in selective primary markets in Alberta.
